Old laser treatment is more effective in diabetic macular edema than Corticosteroid

New study funded by the National Eye Institute (NEI), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) reveals that, the old laser treatment is far more effective in curing abnormal eye swelling in diabetic patients than that of the corticosteroid, new drug therapy. This study is been published online in July in the journal Ophthalmology.
