Her name is Bethany Therrell. Her eye doctor is William Mcinnish, in Bay Minette, Al. She is required to use drops by Bausch&Lomb, called Lotemax for at least 6 months. However, she cannot afford these drops at 60.00$. Is there any program that can help her? Please reply.
