Sometime it becomes very difficult for contact lens users to find out a proper guide of handling contact lens. احيانا يصبح من الصعب جدا لمستخدمي بعدسات لاصقه لمعرفة الصحيح من دليل معالجة بعدسات لاصقه. Here are some important tips for successful lens wear and care. واليك بعض النصائح الهامة للنجاح في عدسه والملابس والرعايه.
If you want a clear vision, better eye health and maximum comfort you should do:- اذا كنت ترغب في رؤية واضحة ، على نحو افضل العين والصحة وتوفير الحد الادنى من الراحة عليك ان تفعل : --
- Wash and rinse your hands before you handle your lens. التشطيف وغسل اليدين قبل التعامل مع العدسه الخاصة بك. Clean, rinse, and disinfect your lens each time you remove them. النظيفه ، التشطيف ، وتطهير عدسه الخاص بك في كل مرة تقوم فيها ازالتها.
- Handle your lens with your fingertips, avoiding any contact with your fingernails. التعامل مع عدسه الخاصة بك مع أطراف أصابعك ، وتفادي اي اتصال مع أظافر الخاص بك.
- Apply hair spray before inserting your lens. الشعر تطبيق الرش قبل ادخال العدسه الخاصة بك.
- Apply make-up after inserting your lens. تطبيق تركيب الخاص بك بعد ادخال العدسه.
- Store lens in a leak-proof lens case when they are not being worn, and disinfect before use. المتجر عدسه في عدسه مانعه للتسرب الحال عندما لا يجري البالية ، وتطهير قبل الاستخدام.
- Clean and disinfect one lens at a time to avoid mixing up the left and right lens. تنظيف وتطهير عدسه واحدة في وقت لتجنب الخلط بين اليسار واليمين عدسه.
- Use a lens case that clearly indicates left and right. استخدام عدسه القضية تشير بوضوح الى ان اليمين واليسار.
- Replace your lens and your lens case on a regular basis - visit your eye practitioner to discuss the most suitable lens replacement schedule for you. يستعاض عن حسابك الخاص بك وعدسه عدسه القضية على اساس منتظم -- قم بزياره طبيب العيون لمناقشة أنسب عدسه الجدول الزمني لاستبدال لكم.
- Store all contact lens solutions at room temperature (59-86ºF). وتخزين كل الحلول بعدسات لاصقه في درجة حرارة الغرفة (59-86 º و).
- Keep the caps of your solutions closed when not in use. ابقاء الحدود القصوى للحلول الخاصة بك مغلقة عندما لا تكون قيد الاستعمال.
- Use solution before expiration date marked on bottle. استخدام حل قبل تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحيه على وزجاجه.
- Schedule yearly appointments with your eye care practitioner. سنويا مع الجدول الزمني الخاص بك تعيينات العنايه بالعين ممارس.
- Contact your eye care practitioner if you have questions or concerns. اتصل العنايه بالعين ممارس اذا كانت لديك اسءله او استفسارات.
Do not do لا تفعل
- Do not re-use any lens care solutions. لا اعادة استخدام اي عدسه الرعايه الحلول.
- Do not use saline to disinfect your lens. لا تستخدم لتطهير المالحه عدسه الخاص بك.
- Do not use eye drops or solutions not intended for use with contact lenses. لا تستخدم قطرات العين او الحلول ليست معدة للاستخدام مع العدسات اللاصقه.
- Do not mix any eye medication with lens care solutions except under medical supervision. لا يختلطان اي عدسه العين والادوية والرعايه مع حلول الا تحت اشراف طبي.
- Do not wear your soft contact lens when working in the presence of harmful or irritating vapours or fumes. لا تلبس الخاص بك بعدسات لاصقه لينه عند العمل في وجود الضاره او الابخره او الابخره المهيجه.
- Do not use eye make-up in the inner margin of the eyelids as small particles could be transferred onto the surface of your lens. لا تستخدم تركيب العين في جوف هامش الأجفان الجسيمات الصغيرة كما يمكن نقلها على سطح العدسه الخاصة بك.
- Do not allow soaps, cosmetics or other substances to come into contact with your lenses. لا تسمح الصابون ومستحضرات التجميل أو مواد اخرى على ان يدخل حيز الاتصال الخاصة بك مع العدسات.
- Do not touch the tip of the bottle to any surface as this may cause contamination. لا تلمس طرف الزجاجه على سطح اي ما قد يسببه هذا التلوث.

It happen the same to me when I just started wearing contact lenses. انه يحدث نفسه بالنسبة لي انا فقط عندما بدأت ارتداء العدسات اللاصقه. I was explained by the retailer how to put on and take off. وشرحت لي البائع عن كيفية وضع والاقلاع.
