Two questions are carefully avoided in all LASIK info I have read so far: Does the flap ever COMPLETELY heal back AS STRONG as before the surgery? Secondly, is the eye weakened after the surgery to the effect a blow to the eye would cause the eyeball to burst and the vitreous jelly to be expelled, leaving the person blind?

The flap incision is made very accurately with LASER. There is no reason why they shouldn’t heal completely over time.
There is no reported incident of eyeball bursting after LASIK surgery. What vitreous jelly are you talking about?
