Twenty thousand low-income Ecuadorians will receive free eye-surgery in Cuba and Venezuela this year, as part of the expansion of the Operation Miracle program benefiting citizens of Latin America and the Caribbean. 2.0萬低收入厄瓜多爾人將接受免費眼科手術在古巴和委內瑞拉今年，由於部分擴大的運作奇蹟計劃中受益的公民拉丁美洲和加勒比地區。
