Antibiotics offer no effective treatment for trachoma, an infectious eye disease that is the second leading cause of blindness after cataract, a study indicates.抗生素沒有提供有效的治療沙眼，傳染性眼疾，這是第二個導致失明的後發性白內障，一項研究表明。
