On Friday, July 11th, 2008 Atlantic Laser Vision Center is celebrating its 10,000th of LASIK Procedure. 
Atlantic Laser Vision Center was established in 1998, and was the first of its kind in the central and southern New Jersey. Daniel B.Goldberg MD, FACS is the Director of the Refractive Surgery in Atlantic Laser Vision Center. He personally has 30 years of experience and has performed 10,000 LASIK eye surgery.
He was the first to bring many technological advances in LASIK to benefit patients. In 1990 he traveled to London and Stockholm to prepare for the FDA approvals for Excimer laser treatment for nearsightedness. He was also asked to participate in the CRS Study of LASIK which led to FDA approval.
